|ON-REQUEST RESERVATION - TERMS AND CONDITIONS|
1. RESERVATION PROCEDURE
Select one or several hotels by a click on the "reservation request" button in the hotel information page.
Once your selection made, fill out the reservation form and send it to France-Hotels.
A booking agent will process your reservation as soon as possible, and within a maximum delay of 4 hours during opening hours of our agency (from 10 AM to 8 PM, Monday through Saturday, Paris local time GMT+1). Keep in mind that we are depending on the rapidness of the hotel reservation service in responding to our request.
We will respond to your request by email with either :
- a confirmation if the hotel can satisfy your request.
- a proposal corresponding to your original request.
once our response received, you have to confirm your reservation and send us your credit card information
to identify you and guarantee the reservation (we will inform you in our response how to do that).
2. BOOKING CONDITIONS
Our reservation service is 100% free of charge (no deposit are required), but as indicated below,
we will require your credit card information that we give to the hotel as a guarantee. You will be billed
directly by the hotel after your check-out.
We will send you a confirmation e-mail (or a fax) for your reservation, and we send a fax to the hotel
confirming all the details of your reservation (Name, room, arrival and departure date, price).
3. MODIFICATION OF YOUR RESERVATION
If you wish to make changes to your reservation (dates, number of rooms,etc.), you will be able to use
our "customer support" on our site or contact us by mail and by fax. We will do our best to make the
requested changes to your reservation.
4. CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of "no show" or late cancellation, each hotel will apply their particular conditions.
When we confirm to you the hotel reservation, we always give you the details of this information.
You will be able to cancel your reservation by using our "customer support" on our site or by contacting us by fax and by email.
Usually, if you made a "no show" or a late cancellation less than 72 hours prior to your check-in date,
the hotel will be able to charge your first night stay on your credit card.
